Put in some of that boooooty wuurrrk today. I admit, I ate a little too much sugar and salt this weekend. I can feel the bloattttt. Oh well. I enjoyed it. Time to move forward, no regrets!! Lol. Today’s workout/legs + hiit

1 min jump rope speed


1 warm up set squats with 115lbs


Back to back—

5x one min jump speed rope

5x 8 squats with barbell 135lbs


3x8 straight leg deadlifts with barbell

3x 8 donkey kicks w/band

3x8 calve raises with barbell

3 x 1 min plank holds



Aaaand now I’m walking like a baby giraffe. 😂😂😂😅😅😅🔥🔥🔥💯💯💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
