Back to back:
1 min jump rope
1 min goblet squats with resistance bands
1 min bicycle/abs

Rest 1 min and repeat x 10

Self disciple is no joke. I hate making myself workout sometimes, but lately like I mentioned, it’s coming back to me. I miss where I used to be mentally when I was going to the gym all the time. I felt thriving and confident. So, I’m going to continue my fitness journey and kick ass!!!! Even on a depressive or anxiety filled day, I know I can count on getting a ducking sweat in and feeling magnificent afterwards. It’s awesome. Cheers to Saturday. ✌🏽♥️♥️♥️💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

8/22/17 That new Meek album for the morning workouts tho. 👏🏽🔥🔥🔥 on that glow up right now. Can’t believe I just made my depressed ass workout another morning. Sounds simple, but I’m starting to fall in love with jumping rope lately. This warrior is going to keep kicking ass. Hope every one has a great day and even better workout!! 🤠😎✌🏽💪🏽

10 push ups  
10 kick backs

8/20/17 Sunday hiit w/some light sprinkles of rain

Lol. So I have sundays off and this time, I decided I would make my ass be productive and workout. Did a combo of jump rope intervals with banded criss cross crunches, wide leg squats, and core lifts. -10x 1 min as much as I can intervals back to back. Only took one rest, my heart is definitely starting to feel healthier and stronger when I workout… that’s a great sign. ♥️✌🏽 I noticed I really enjoy creating workouts and doing them in my own back yard where I can be alone if I’m feeling anxiety and want to skip the gym. Helps for my mentally bad days.
