Damn though. I made up for the other last couple days I didn’t workout. I did a full body basically. Proud of myself Though. Was a nice mental escape.

I did stretching for ten min
1x 90lbs squats 5 reps 
1 x 115 lbs squats 5 reps 
2x 135lbs squats 5 reps
Deadlifts (free weight where you can stand inside box of it) 
45lbs plates on each side 
3x5
Calves on leg press
3x 10
Back/bi/tricep/chest 
push/pull sequences
3x10 80lbs lat pull downs 
3x10 70lbs triceps dips seated
3x10 80lbs back rows seated
3x 10 70lbs tricep pulldown with rope standing
