Gym was empty. Got a great leg workout mixed with cardio at the end. Having an accountability partner helps so much with my personal tendencies. Despite both Jon and I being in a weird mood, we worked hard and got this done.
Today, I was feeling foggy. This workout lit me right back up. 🔥🔥🔥💯✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽😎😎😎
Warmed up with some deadlifts and hip rope. Ran, threw up, ran, then threw up again…… lmao. Worked on speed and 400 meters. I beat my times last Sunday though 😜👌🏽💪🏽💪🏽 boom baby!!!!!! I know I have it in me. If there’s one thing that I totally think is a cure for depression… it’s working your little heart out doing running, weight training, or whatever the heck you like to do. Something inside you starts to feel so empowered when you fall in love with working out and the journey daily efforts.
Have to work on daily grind. Even if it’s not the best day, you still did it. That counts. That’s what determines the long term success. Let’s get it and continue to get it. 💯💯💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽♥️♥️
