Warmed up with some deadlifts and hip rope. Ran, threw up, ran, then threw up again…… lmao. Worked on speed and 400 meters. I beat my times last Sunday though 😜👌🏽💪🏽💪🏽 boom baby!!!!!! I know I have it in me. If there’s one thing that I totally think is a cure for depression… it’s working your little heart out doing running, weight training, or whatever the heck you like to do. Something inside you starts to feel so empowered when you fall in love with working out and the journey daily efforts.
Have to work on daily grind. Even if it’s not the best day, you still did it. That counts. That’s what determines the long term success. Let’s get it and continue to get it. 💯💯💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽♥️♥️
Got 5 sets of jump rope for one min side to side jumps, and then 10 back squats with 95lbs. I love at home workouts. It’s honestly so relaxing to focus on your workout in peace when you have too much anxiety to hit up the gym.
