8/24/17 It was beautiful outside so I decided on a hiit workout with the jump rope again. I slammed my knee the other day, but good news, I think Iโ€™m recovered from that day I took off. Minor bruising, no pain!

My cardio capacity is increasing. I can feel it. Whew.

This is what I hitโ€”
10 sets total, each workout back to back with 1 min rest in between

Jump rope 1 min
5 push-ups then,
Hold plank until the min is up

Rest one min and repeat.

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ killed it. Feels so great to feel my self esteem building in a positive again.
Itโ€™s crazy how we donโ€™t really realize the negative and toxic things we do to ourselvesโ€ฆ but Iโ€™m on a personal mission to conquer and reverse my mental health decline that I feel I gradually got myself into.
