Do you ever forget youโ€™re working out because youโ€™re enjoying it so much? Surprisingly enough, I went to the gym with more enthusiasm and energy and I totally lost track of time. Before I knew it, two and a half hours past. But it felt ahhhhmazing. I ๐Ÿ˜ zoning out and connecting with my higher self. I just honestly canโ€™t believe I conquered ten, one minute sprints and five sets of planks. Like thatโ€™s crazyyyy for me! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Happy Friday ๐Ÿ˜โ™ฅ๏ธโ™ฅ๏ธโ™ฅ๏ธ Remember to always bring energy and enthusiasm to every moment.
